Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference.
How I can help?
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, from children facing developmental challenges to adults coping with complex trauma. My experience in residential childcare has enhanced my ability to provide holistic care. I am particularly interested in the intersection of trauma, imagination, and healing, where methods like Sandplay and CBT come together to support recovery.
I believe that therapy is not just about managing symptoms, but about empowering individuals to find strength and meaning in their lives. My approach emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and experiences without judgment.
I provide individual therapy for adults using the cognitive-behavioral approach. I work with people experiencing depression and anxiety disorders (e.g., neurosis, phobias, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress). Additionally, I help with emotional issues such as anger, low self-esteem, work-related stress, and insomnia.
I also offer therapy in Polish.

Psycho-oncology
I help clients navigate the emotional and psychological challenges associated with cancer, offering support throughout every stage. I provide specialised support for individuals and families navigating these challenges.

Sandplay Therapy
For those who find it difficult to express their emotions verbally, Sandplay therapy offers a powerful alternative. I help clients—both children and adults—tap into their subconscious mind through the use of symbols and imaginative play. By creating scenes in a sandbox, you can safely explore deep emotions, process trauma, and gain new insights into your inner world. Sandplay is especially effective for those working through trauma or emotional wounds, offering a gentle yet transformative path toward healing.

Suicidology
When dealing with suicidal thoughts, it can feel like there’s no way out. I work closely with clients in crisis, helping them to feel heard, supported, and understood. My approach as a suicidologist centers on providing compassionate, non-judgmental support. I offer a safe space to openly discuss your thoughts and feelings while working together on coping mechanisms and finding pathways out of despair.
